Signed a cooperation agreement with the Serbian Minister of Justice and the French Ambassador in Belgrade, following our initial discussions. We agreed to share our expertise with the Serbian authorities for the creation of a notarial profession. Franco-Serbian working group set up to draft the law.
Serbian Parliament adopted the final version of the notarial law!
The Civil Law Initiative and the Serbian Ministry of Justice signed an agreement. Objective? To create a joint action programme for the training and structure of the notarial profession.
Serbian Minister of Justice appointed the first 94 Serbian notaries. We attended the ceremony with the French Ambassador and a representative of the European Union.
Signed an agreement with the new Serbian Chamber of Notaries for assistance with training Serbian notaries, to coincide with the Prime Minister’s official trip to Belgrade.
Serbian notarial profession joined the International Union of Notaries (UINL) at the UINL International Congress held in Paris, in the presence of the Serbian and French Ministers of Justice.
Signed a cooperation agreement with the Serbian Chamber of Notaries and the Serbian Ministry of Justice for the modernisation and digitisation of the notarial profession, to coincide with Emmanuel Macron’s trip to Serbia in his capacity as the President of the French Republic.
Renewed our agreement on the modernization and digitization of the legal and judicial world, witness to the solidity of relations between the French notariat and the Serbian notariat, during a trip to Belgrade.
